Grow Your BIZ!!! by Roy Fredericks

This month, my Focus is Execution.
The Books I’ve been reading and summarizing, the personal thoughts I’m exploring in my Blogs,…

1.)Plan Your Work, Work Your Plan: You know, like in sports, you need a playbook for growth. Your plan should spell out how you’ll expand and why folks should choose you. Next? Equip your team with the tools they need to make it real.
2.)Keep it Simple K.I.S.S.: Ever heard of “less is more”? Turn that big plan into a one-pager. That way, even your busy team can grasp the essentials without needing a PhD in business lingo.
3.)See It, Be It: Remember, every business is like a unique flavor of ice cream. You gotta choose the right recipe. Tailor your growth plan to fit your own style. Whether you’re a funky startup or a seasoned pro, keep aiming high.
4.)T.E.A.M.: Get your team to think “growth.” Create your Unique vibe, create a growth mindset in your crew. That way, you’ll always be on the hunt for fresh opportunities.
5.)Contrary to Ordinary: Before you blast off, figure out what makes you stand out. What’s your secret sauce? Like Whole Foods and Walmart, own your unique flavor and own it.
6.) Find Your Tribe: You started this journey to solve a problem, right? Find your tribe. Hone in on your dream customers. Focus on their needs and nail it.
7.) Streams of Success: Diversify, diversify, diversify! Explore new ways to make money. Got a cool idea? Ask: does it come with a cash stream? If yes, make sure it’s not just a fad.
8.) Cooperation NOT Competition: Don’t struggle alone. Look at other businesses acing what you’re struggling with. Ask for advice, just like seeking tips from seasoned pros in your bustling entrepreneurial scene. Build your “Board of Directors”. Get a Coach. Join Organizations. Attend Seminars.
9.) Win/Win: Like a good coach, focus on your team’s strengths. Sure, acknowledge weaknesses, but put your A-game where you shine brightest. That’s the fuel for your growth journey.
10.) T.E.A.M.: Your employees are your business’s cheerleaders. Hire those who dig your vision. Treat ’em right, and they’ll spread that positive vibe to your customers. It’s like having a home-field advantage.
